About me
I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I believe that sometimes we can become so focused on understanding other people, meeting expectations or keeping things together that we lose touch with ourselves.
Therapy provides a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Together, we can work towards improving your emotional wellbeing, resilience and self-esteem, at a pace that feels right for you.
Before becoming a counsellor, my professional background was in recruitment and education. These experiences have given me valuable insight into the challenges people can face in both their personal and professional lives.
I am fully insured and receive regular clinical supervision. I also regularly undertake continuing professional development (CPD) to maintain and develop my knowledge and skills, ensuring that my practice remains safe, ethical and informed.
Outside of my counselling work, I enjoy keeping active and spending time with friends and family.
